Preview the selected component

Edit the selected asset, or component      

Rename an existing object or folder. Enter the new name in the input field and click OK to save the new name.

Removing the selected object. After clicking OK the file will be removed from the folder.

Cutting the selected object. After clicking this button the selected object is available in the clipboard and can be pasted into any other location.

Copying the selected Object. After clicking this button the selected object is available in the clipboard and can be pasted into any other location

Copying the selected object with a reference to the content of the object (bound copy). If the content of the original file changes, the content of all bound copies changes automatically. After clicking this button the selected object is available in the clipboard and can be pasted into any other location.

Pasting an object; Copied or cut files are pasted from the clipboard to the current location.

Upload a file from your hard drive. Select a file and click "OK“. The file will be stored in your current position (folder).

Download of Multimedia files

Create a new folder. An input field is displayed in the workspace control, which requires setting a name for the new folder. After confirming by clicking OK the folder will be created as a sub-folder on your current position (path).

Create a ZIP-file including the selected multimedia files.

Send an e-mail including a link to a folder or an object to an existing or new user of the system. This function is primarily used for Digital Asset Management, to allow external users to access multimedia files.

Publish the selected component. After publication the object is available and other users can link or integrate it.

Unpublish the selected  component. After clicking this button the object is no more available for other users.

Search in current location.

Export all data of the selected objects.

Refresh view

Change from detailed list view to different sizes of the thumbnails view.

Activates the sidebar which displays a preview of the selected object on the right border of the explorer.
